Privacy Policy
HandyGo Services W.L.L (“HandyGo”, “we”, “us”) provides maintenance and MEP services — air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and general handyman work — in Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or submit an enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to you and carry out the work you ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Service details you choose to give us — for example the type of job, the address of the property, and preferred appointment times
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, ID or passport numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through our enquiry forms or messaging channels.
How we collect it
- Lead forms attached to our advertisements on Snapchat and other advertising platforms
- WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS and email
- Enquiry forms on our website, where available
When you submit a lead form on an advertising platform, that platform collects your details on our behalf and passes them to us. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to that step.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the service you enquired about
- To provide a quotation and agree a price
- To schedule and carry out a technician visit
- To follow up on completed work, including warranty or repeat-visit matters
- To keep records required for our business and tax obligations
We rely on your consent, given when you submit your details to us. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who can see it
- HandyGo staff who need it to arrange or carry out your job
- The technician assigned to your job
- Service providers we use to run our business, such as the advertising platform you submitted your details through and our cloud spreadsheet and messaging tools
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiry details are stored in our business records, including cloud-based spreadsheet and messaging tools operated by our service providers, which may store data outside Qatar. Access is limited to staff who need it.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your details
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you
We handle personal data in line with applicable Qatari law, including Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.

تقدّم شركة هاندي جو للخدمات ذ.م.م (“هاندي جو”، “نحن”) خدمات الصيانة والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية — التكييف والتبريد، الأعمال الكهربائية، السباكة، وأعمال الصيانة العامة — في دولة قطر. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها عند تواصلك معنا أو إرسالك طلب خدمة، وكيف نستخدمها، وما هي حقوقك.
البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه للرد عليك وتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة:
- الاسم
- رقم الهاتف
- تفاصيل الخدمة التي تختار مشاركتها — مثل نوع العمل المطلوب، وعنوان الموقع، والموعد المناسب لك
لا نطلب بيانات البطاقات البنكية أو أرقام الهوية أو جواز السفر أو أي بيانات حساسة أخرى عبر نماذج الطلب أو قنوات المراسلة.

- نماذج الطلب المرفقة بإعلاناتنا على سناب شات ومنصات الإعلان الأخرى
- واتساب والمكالمات الهاتفية والرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني
- نماذج التواصل على موقعنا الإلكتروني، إن وُجدت
عند إرسالك نموذج طلب عبر إحدى منصات الإعلان، تقوم المنصة بجمع بياناتك نيابةً عنا ثم تزوّدنا بها، وتنطبق سياسة خصوصية تلك المنصة على هذه الخطوة أيضًا.
أغراض الاستخدام
- التواصل معك بخصوص الخدمة التي استفسرت عنها
- تقديم عرض سعر والاتفاق على التكلفة
- تحديد موعد زيارة الفني وتنفيذ العمل
- المتابعة بعد إنجاز العمل، بما في ذلك الضمان أو الزيارات المتكررة
- الاحتفاظ بالسجلات اللازمة لأعمالنا والتزاماتنا الضريبية
نعتمد على موافقتك التي تمنحها عند إرسال بياناتك إلينا. ولن نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض تسويقية غير ذات صلة دون أخذ موافقتك أولًا.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة خارجية لأغراضها التسويقية.
مكان الحفظ ومدته
تُحفظ بيانات الطلبات ضمن سجلات أعمالنا، بما في ذلك أدوات الجداول والمراسلة السحابية التي يشغّلها مزوّدو الخدمات لدينا، وقد تُخزَّن بياناتك خارج دولة قطر. والوصول إليها مقصور على الموظفين الذين يحتاجون إليها.
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات طوال المدة اللازمة لخدمتك والوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية عند انتفاء الحاجة إليها.
حقوقك
يمكنك التواصل معنا في أي وقت من أجل:
- معرفة البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك
- طلب تصحيح أي معلومة غير صحيحة
- طلب حذف بياناتك
- سحب موافقتك وطلب التوقف عن التواصل معك
نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفقًا للقوانين القطرية المعمول بها، بما في ذلك القانون رقم ١٣ لسنة ٢٠١٦ بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية.
الأطفال
خدماتنا موجّهة للبالغين، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية لمن هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة.
